Win88 operates exclusively in Brazilian Real (BRL / R$). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and bet amounts are expressed in this currency. Deposits in foreign currency are not accepted.
Accepted deposit methods:
Minimum deposit: R$ 20.00. There is no maximum deposit limit, but amounts above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional verification under anti-money laundering legislation (Law 9,613/1998).
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix to the bank account linked to the CPF of the Win88 account holder. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. Pix withdrawals are processed within under 10 minutes for accounts with complete KYC.
Win88 does not charge fees on withdrawals. The 10-minute timeframe is an internal target for verified accounts — on occasion, high-volume periods may cause delays of up to 2 hours, which is treated as an exception, not the norm.
Withdrawal security: win88 only processes withdrawals to the bank account or Pix key linked to the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are never permitted. This policy protects users against fraud and scam attempts.
Win88 reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, a pending identity verification, or an ongoing bonus rollover investigation. In such cases, support will notify the user by email within 24 hours, explaining the reason and the steps needed to resolve the situation.
Win88 offers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and European leagues), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, tennis, Formula 1, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant), and more.
Confirmed bets are final. Once a bet slip is confirmed, the bet cannot be changed or canceled by the user, except in specific cash out situations when that feature is available for the given market.
Event settlement:
Cancelled or postponed events: If an event is cancelled before it starts or postponed by more than 24 hours from the originally scheduled time, all bets on that event will be voided and the amounts returned to the user's balance. For events that begin and are then interrupted (due to weather conditions, for example), win88 will wait up to 12 hours for play to resume before voiding any pending bets.
Odds errors: In the event of clearly incorrect odds (e.g., odds significantly above market value due to a technical error), Win88 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the staked amount. The user will be notified by email. Bets settled at correct odds are not affected by errors identified in other markets of the same event.
Maximum bet: Maximum bet limits vary by sport, competition, and market. Limits are displayed at the time of market selection. VIP Diamond members have personalized limits negotiated with their account manager.

Suspension or closure by win88: Win88 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:
When an account is suspended due to suspected irregular activity, win88 conducts an internal investigation. If the suspicion is cleared, the account is reactivated and the real balance is fully preserved. If confirmed, the account is permanently closed and the case may be reported to the relevant Brazilian authorities.
Win88 is not responsible for losses resulting from betting decisions made by the user. Sports Betting and casino games carry risk — you may lose the amount wagered. Win88 does not guarantee financial returns and has no influence over the outcomes of sporting events.

Win88's total liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.
Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the court of the user's place of residence, in accordance with Article 101 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990).

Any material changes will be communicated as follows:
